B. The raw material that pyrolysis plant can use
Tyre, plastic(PE,PP is better), rubber, oil sludge(oil tank sediment etc...).
The machine is same, just processing have a little different. Our engineer will training you as what raw material you use.
a. The complete set of unit produces no smoke and smell with favorable effects of
environmental protection.
b. The pressure release device operates through water circulation, which greatly improves the security of the system.
c. The release of pressure during the production dramatically increases the output
within certain time and meanwhile improves the quality of oil.
d. The heating system adopts hot air heating technology, which improves the safety
performance of production and heating efficiency.
e. High efficiency fuel gas heating system. When the heated gas reaches 150 during
refining, a large amount of gas will be generated: through methane to butane, which
cannot be liquefied under normal temperature. A large quantity of energy will be generated after these gases fully burn within a specially designed gas burner. Then energy will be saved greatly.
Brief Description of the Process
Firstly, put the raw material into furnace, then seal the feed inlet system. Secondly, burn the fuel material (coal, or wood, or natural gas, oil ) in the combustion system, the reactor will slowly be heated ,when the temperature reaches around 80-100 degree Celsius, It will produce oil gas, oil gas will be processed by our technology ,then goes to the cooling system-condensers to be cooled down then go to the first heavy oil tank. the other oil gas which can not be liquefied under normal pressure and normal temperature ,can be recycled going into the furnace instead of the fuel materials to heat the reactor, which can save energy very much . After finishing oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will be down, at the same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically. Lastly, when the temperature falls to 100 degree Celsius, workers could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire. Then you can start another batch working.
