Pressureless Conveyor Combiner and Distributor

1. Unit composing

Complete unit include SGB760 automatic packing machine, SGJ-Z5F weighing balance (6 stations), “Z” type lifter, product conveyer line, air compressor.

2. Working process:

Medium lifter→Automatic bag making→Automatic weigh medium→Automatic sealing→Automatic date printing→Conveyer line

3. Working theory:

Put the medium inside “Z” type lifter and medium will be convey to storage of SGJ-Z5F weigh balance, then medium will drop down to balance by oscillation and it will be weigh by balance according to setting value which you set inside touch screen, then these medium will go into bag which already be finish produce in SGB760 automatic packing machine, then SGB760 machine will finish sealing, date printing, conveying by automatically.

It can used in pharmacy, seed, pesticide, detergent powder, food, monosodium glutamate, feedstuff, sugar, additive industries, the medium is crystal, granule, powder shape.

6. Machine characteristic:

(1). The complete machine is united by SGB760 automatic packing machine, SGJ-Z5F weighing balance, “Z” type lifter. It can automatic run machine from medium lift to weighing, bag produce, filling, sealing, transport.

(2). The machine controlled by PLC, and it choose servo motor device, pneumatic system to run machine. And you can set running parameter by touch screen to finish each function, like produce total quantity, date printing, exhaust, product transport, etc.

(3). You can revise setting parameter by touch screen, and touch screen can save ten group running parameter, so if you want to filling different product, you just need choose opposite running parameter.

(4). The machine can produce different shape bag, like pillow type bag, corner folding bag, stiletto bag, etc.

(5). The machine use two servo motor to control pull film & seal bag, so the operation is very steadily.

(6). The machine use optical fiber identifier & encoder to check the signal, it can increase rate of accuracy.

7. Main untied parts

(1). Medium interim storage:

   It connect the output pipe by flange, and there have a valve in the bottom of storage to stop medium if there happen any problem, there also have high-level switch and low-level switch in the storage, it can check the medium inside storage, if medium quantity reach to high-level switch, the machine will stop medium from input pipe, if medium quantity reach to low-level switch, the machine will automatic stop and open the alarm light.

(2). Dosing balance device:

   This device controlled by PLC and control medium quantity by three steps; the medium output have automatic stop device, stop medium fall down instant, fast adding control filling speed, slow adding control filling precision. The machine will fill 80% medium firstly with high speed, then fill 15% medium with low speed, last fill 5% medium with very low speed, so like this way the machine have high filling speed and keep high filling precision.

(3). Computation device

Medium adding unit supply medium into bag through interim pipe, this system have low fall, high sealing reliability, remove bag weight automatically. The filling pipe connect “FH800” special sensor hang in the air, so the medium can not connect any other material and it can increase filling precision. The interim-pipe have cone type, so it have no blind spot and it feed medium completely.

(4). Automatic bag making device

   SGB760 machine choose double servo motor devise to pull film, it can avoid time difference of mechanical drive for single servo motor device and keep the smooth of pull film. It choose backside & transverse sealing in bag making, and sealing parts moving controlled by cylinder, it can make nice sealing.

(5). Bag support & fast cool device

   Because the bag is big and product is heavy, so we supply this device and it can avoid bag broken when bag just finish sealing.

(6). Electric control system

   For increase electric control stability, we choose PLC from SIEMENS (Germany) and touch screen (man-machine interface) from OMORON (Japan). We design the PLC program and machine have automatic fall amending, automatic zero tracking, working process checking, automatic alarm function. There have automatic & manual operation type in the machine, you can choose it in touch screen.
