The Brief Introduction of FU Series Chain Conveyor:

This Series conveyor to a U-shaped scraper chain of traction, transportation granular, powder and other materials, with a good seal, transmission low energy consumption, long service life, transmission capacity, low noise, installation and maintenance easy, two-way Operating characteristics, widely used in building materials, mining, metallurgical and other industries.

 

The Materials that will be processed in the FU series chain conveyor have the properties of internal friction and side pressure, and the movement of chains makes internal pressure of materials and internal friction of grains increase in the trough. When internal friction among material layers is more than external friction between materials and trough wall, materials will flow forwardly along with chains like water. When the specific value between material layers' height and trough's width satisfies certain conditions, stable materials flow can be formed. Advanced principle, good design and manufactural technology ensure the excellent properties of this conveying equipment.

 

The Features & Technical requirements of FU Series Chain Conveyor:

1. Powder or fine grained balk cargo of the conveyor can be transported horizontally or with less than or equal to 30'angle of inclination.
2. Good capacity, which can reach 1 5-600 m3/h.
3. The conveyor  has long transporting distance, and the maximum of single conveyor can reach about 60m.

6. It has long lifetime. Normal lifetime of chains is more than 5 years, and the lifetime of rollers is equal or more than 2 or 3 years.
7. The chain conveyor can transport in two-way, and also can be arranged on the gantry, ground and pit.
