YK Mining Vibrating Screen in China

YK Vibrating screen is entirely domestic styling products, structural features are:
1, the side panels is made of high quality steel, simple structure, high strength;
2, each machine has eccentric vibrator sieve, sieve box directly fastened to the sides of the board to improve the general level, simplifying the structure, but also reduce the weight, so that the force screen frame structure is more reasonable.
3, screen frame connection between the various components are connected using bolts, which are all important parts of high strength bolts to ensure reliable connection and easy removal;
4, the supporting device uses high-quality spring, both to ensure the usefulness of vibrating sieve machine, but also to limit the use of spring-damper invalid vibration, greatly simplifying the structure;
5, V-belt is used between the motor and vibrators for connection, reduces installation requirements, making use is also convenient;
