Linear vibrating screen introduction:

Linear vibrating screen working principle:
Linear vibrating screen use dual vibration motor, when the two vibrating motors synchronize rotating anti-rotate, the eccentric block produced the excitation force generated by the motor axis parallel to offset, in the vertical direction of the motor shaft, fold a resultant force, so the screening machine's trajectory is a straight line. Its two motor shaft relative to the screen surface has a dip, in the excitation force and materials under the action of self-gravity force, the screen surface material being tossed leap forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the material for screening and grading purposes. Can be used to automate the pipeline operation. With low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure no dust characteristics. Maximum sieve mesh is 400 mesh, can be screened out seven different granularity of the materials.
