Belt Conveyor

 

1. Brief Introduction

 

1) Belt conveyor is a kind of machinery that to transfer the material continuously by friction drive

2) It is widely used in mine, metallurgy, coal mine, chemical, transport, power, construction, food, light industry, port, vessel, etc., suitable for transporting bulk materials or packaged product, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer, food, etc. The temperature of conveyed material is less than 60°C.

 

3) According to different transport requirements, the transport system can be single belt conveyor or consists of several conveyors or combined with other conveying equipments. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslant to meet the needs of different production lines.

 

2. Operating Principle

The motor drives the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, and drives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are.
