Horizontal circulation dryer main characteristics:

Heat retension chamber and hot air recycling is applied to horizontal circulation dryer, which saves energy and reduces cost. The contact area in inner chamber with materials is made of stainless steel so as to ensure the product quality. Multi-belts driving prevents pellets from breaking. Besides, the belts speed can be adjusted to control drying duration. Hot air current can be adjusted according to material characteristics and drying requirements to ensure best quality. Self-cleaning system is applied at the bottom of the chamber to clean the remaining powder and particles. Horizontal circulation dryeris widely applied to treat high level extrusion pellet feed and aqua feed.

1. International advanced technology: Swinging stock distribution device ensures uniform distribution of material and moisture.

2. High-molecular polymer net or stainless steel screen, punched plate are applied cause of no material sticking and cleanness.

3. Unique air duct system: Circular duct can change flow direction according to actual need.

4. Inlet and outlet are respectively arranged on different drying periods, which can adjust temperature and humidity of air plow easily and control drying speed. In this way the good quality and high degree of curing can be ensured.

5. Modular structure: the length and direction can be assembled freely to meet different requirements. Mesh belt and screen plate has two layers (three layers and more can be customized), while the widths of 1.2, 1.8 and 2.4m can be chosen. Standard components can be connected in accordance with customers’ output and moisture content.

6. Dryer and cooler can be combined and duration can be adjusted.

7. Cleaning dragon is equipped to deal with powder and particles.
