Main machines of poultry feed production line

1. Receive and clean up raw materials section

We use independent dust collecting system for the raw materials inlet, and ensure the

working environment clean.

2. Grinding System

Some kinds of raw materials should be grinded to small pieces. We use hammer

machine to grind raw materials into small particles.

3. Mixing section.

We use mixing machine to mix the grinding raw materials to even particles.

4. Pelletizing and Cooling System.

We use pellet machine to make feed pellet. It is equipped with feeder, conditioner and

pellet mill. The feeder can control the feeding amount. Conditioner can adjust moisture
