Low pressure fan introduction:

International most advanced design concept is applied to centrifugal fan of TLGF-HY high pressure series. The construction and blade shape have a breakthrough, compared with domestic traditional design. The low pressure fan is most efficient and energy saving when system pressure is between 2500Pa and 5000Pa. Compared with 4-72, 4-73, 4-68, and 4-79 series high-pressure fans, TLGF-LY has more pressure and same flow. Compared with 5-47, 5-48 series,

TLGF-LY has the same pressure but much more flow. The peak efficiency of such fan can achieve 90%, which is 10%-15% higher than 4-72, 4-73, 4-68, 4-79 and 15%-20% higher than 5-47, and 5-48 series.

TLGF-LY has filled domestic blank of high efficiency and energy saving.

TLGF-HY series fans have high efficiency, and multiple application scope, which satisfy variable requirements of processes and systems, actually achieving lower cost and energy saving. In addition, the fan can operate stably with low noise and good appearance. Mainly applied to animal feed, flour, rice and cleaning, cooling, drying, ventilation in other systems etc., TLGF-HY high pressure series fans are a kind of energy efficient product of wide application scope. The transported gas shall be non-toxic, harmless, non-corrosive and flame retardant with temperature not more than 80℃, and dust concentration not over 150mg/m3.
