1. Basic Introduction of AAC wall block:

 

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a siliceous material (sand, fly ash and silicon tailings such as waste porcelain clay, stone processing waste materials, blast furnace slag, etc.) and calcareous materials (lime, cement) as the main raw material, mixing fat gas agent (aluminum powder), by ingredients, mixing, casting, preraising, cutting, autoclave, curing process made of light porous silicate products, because by the hair contains a lot of gas even after the small pores, hence the name of aerated concrete.aerated autoclaved concrete plant, AAC block, aac production line, aac plant, AAC brick, autoclave aerated concrete block, concrete block machine, light weight block

 

2. Performance of AAC wall block:

 

Finished AAC block is Suitable for all nonbearing wall and bearing wall of multi-story (less than six-floor), nonbearing wall internal parting wall, thermal insulation rooms front panel, floorslab.

    

2.1, Unit weight grade (kg/m3): 500, 600, 700, 800 (means 05,06,07,08 grade)

 

 2..2, Compression strength grade (Mpa): A3.5, A5.0, A7.5, A10.0 (1Mpa=10kg/m2)

4.  Main Raw maerial of AAC wall block:

 

 

4.1 Cement lime fly ash style aerated block raw material proportion

5.2. After distributing,feed raw material into pouring mixer to make slurry

5.3. Through thoroughly mixing,the slurry is poured to mould

5.4. After pre-curing under a certain temperture and time,the block would reach a  certain hardness prepare for cutting

5.5. Tilting hoister would turn over 90 degree of mould

5.6. Then open the mould and separate it from block,and take the block woth side plate ti cutting cart

5.7. The blocks then be cut through the cutter firstly of two vertical sides of block

5.8. Secondly the horizontal cutting

5.9.  Finally the vertical cutting

5.10. After cutting,the block is hanged to trolly with side plate by semi-finished product hoister

5.11. Organizing the cut blocks and put them into autoclave

5.12. Hardending the blocks under certain temperture and pressure

5.13. Take finished products out of autoclave

5.14. The finished product hoister take the finished product to stock shield

5.15. Packed for loading

5.16. The side plate return back by side plate roller

5.17. Side plate would be organized with open mould

5.18. Clean the mould and preparing for next pouring

5.19. Steel bars processing line for slab production

  

1.Delivery time: 15 days after receipt of your deposit.

2.Payment terms: 30% T/T in advance, the left is paid (by T/T) before delivery.

3.Package:

1).Wire cables are used for fastening the machine on the trailer or inside the container.

2).Cork wood are placed in front or behind the machine to protect it.

3).Plastic film is covered on the machine as a rain-roof.

4).Crane is used during the whole loading.
