Strcuture and working principle

XHG type rotary grill rack cleaner machine mainly consists of frame, bar screen, rack cleaner board, hoisting chain, motor reduce driving device, cushion self-cleaning pollution discharge device etc. During working time the rack cleaner board that fixed in the hoisting chain driven by the driving device, remove the sundries intercepted by the underwater grill, the rack cleaner rely on the two-side hoisting chain synchronous turing clockwise operation from back to forward. When the board up to the top of the frame, as the effect of turning guide and guide wheel, part of dirt fall on gravity, the surplus part cleave on the board through cushion self-cleaning device to scrape. The driving device of this machine was set shear type safety pin, when overload or occure accident, the shear pin will cut off instantly to protect the equipment avoid damage. Underwater chain wheel and chain with blockingproof protection device, reliable operation, cushion self-cleaning pollotion diacharge, slag discharge completely.
