GH Arc mechanical bar screen machine

Features:

1.The driving device adopts a new-type turning speed reducer fixed on need for couplings and alignment,easy to install and compact.

2..Have hydraulic pressure buffer mechanism,depressing the strike and noise that produced by the dreg harrow.

3.Have over torque proection system,when the harrow arm overload by accident,break off the electrical resource at once,stopping and alarm.

Structure and working principal:

   Type bar rack cleaner is made up of arc bars,turning rake and its seat,machine frame,hace over protection machine,have dreg harrow and dregplate,control box and so on.

   One of the crunodes of the triangle rod stand at fhe bottom of the stecially-designed tooth rake frame for dirt removing is hinged with the chain,and the rolling wheel sets on the other crunode inserts in a groove guide rail of the parallel bars,complete a waste cleaning action,dreg harrow resets slowly by the buffer.

Electrical control:

 Normally is manual control,overload protection is set,it woll alarm when the over torque is happening.  

 Electrixal xontrol can have PLC interface;can linkage with the other equipments'can carry through fluid location control'can carry through fluid oocation difference control.if screen jams suddenly,the water location difference arrive at the setvalue,screen bar canwork at ont,please note when requirenents for order if the customer need.
