Products Description

Crushing---Mixing---Pelletizing and cooling---Packing,and also other auxiliary device,such as dust catching system,steam supply system and so on.

Technical Parameter:

1.before entering into the main equipment, the raw materials should be cleaned to remove impurities and iron parts in order to ensure the product quality and normal working of the main equipment.

2. Some kinds of raw materials should grind into small pieces. We use hammer mill to grind raw materials into small particle.

3.Using mixer to mix the grinding particles, small nutritional materials and other digestible particles to be even. The mixer have two types: single shaft ribbon mixer and double shaft paddle mixer.

4. Using pellet mill to make pellets. It is equipped with feeder, conditioner and pellet mill. The feeder can control the feeding amount. The conditioner can make moisture and temperature of the feed to be higher to make pelleting easily.

5.Crumbling section is optional. When required pellet is small, you can use crumbler to grind, such as chicken feed.

6. We use rotary screener to sieve the pellet. It has three layers sieves.

2 tons/h manual feed pellet production line need 1*40’GP container to load.
