PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

A. The machine is new generation of wood crushing machine by our company according to the existing wood crushing basis.

B. According to the customer needs, the one of the composite machine for wood shavings and wood broken, overcome the problem of fast feeding speed, to cause the weakness of crushing effect is not ideal or jam crushing chamber, then machine halt.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Start the machine, raw material is transferred to the feed port by the conveyor, then adjust the feeding speed according the the raw material characteristic. Material is crushing directly after cut to be chips. Crushing particle size is up to the screen hole.

CLASSIFICATION

According to the feeding feature is divided into: manual feeding and automatic feeding.

According to the material is divided into: belt conveying material and not out of the material transporting.

According to the movement can be divided into: mobile and stationary.

Manual feeding: equipment have artificial feeding, feeding speed depends on the feeding speed.

Automatic feeding: feeding by feed conveyor, can add inverter the feed speed.

Mobile: you can have other power traction, which can realize different position of wood broken.

Fixed: the fixed in one place in wood crushing.

INSTALLATION, DEBUGGING AND MAINTENANCE

Host and motor fixed on the same base, mainly to reinforce its stability. Ground when installation should level off, guarantee the host wheel and motor wheel which affects, guarantee delivery with proper tension travel, can be installed according to site condition, auxiliary without potential safety hazard and does not affect the normal work situation, customer’s discretion.
