1. Requirement of raw material

Before going into the main equipments, he raw materials should be cleaned to remove impurities and iron parts in order to ensure the product quality and normal working of the main equipments.

As customer’s requirement, we can offer corresponding animal feed pellet machine to match the size of raw material.

2. Hammer mill

Some kinds of raw materials should be grinded to small pieces. We use hammer mill to grind raw materials into small particle. Hammer mill is suitable for coarse-grinding and micro-grinding of various granular grain materials, such as corn, sorghum, rice, wheat, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, etc.

3. Mixer

Using mixer to mix the grinding raw materials to even particles. The mixer have two types: single shaft ribbon mixer and double shaft paddle mixer.

4. Pellet mill

Using pellet mill to make pellet. It is equipped with feeder, conditioner and pellet mill. The feeder can control the feeding amount. Conditioner can make moisture and temperature of the feed more high, to make pelleting easily.

5. Cooler

After cooling, the pellet temperature is no more than 3-5 ℃ of room temperature, suitable for cooling of all kinds of pellets, large scope of raw material, such as corn, wheat, straw, grass, etc.

6. Crumbler

Crumbling section is optional. When required pellet is small, can use crumbler to grind, such as chick feed.

7. Screener

The sieve filters the pellets according to size during the movement. So it is important to use exact size ofsieve pore and adopt feat speed. We use rotary screener to sieve the pellet. It has three layers sieves.
