I. Introduction

II. Basic Process  

1. Crushing and Grinding Process 

The extracted ore should be crushed by jaw crusher initially and then by fine crusher. When it gets the reasonable fineness, it is transported into ball mill by elevating conveyor and feeder, and is milled by ball mill.

2. Classifying Process 

The grinded fine material will be feed to spiral classifier or high frequency screen to classify the suitable material size to collect, the unsuitable size will return to ball mill for grinding again. 

3. Upgrading Process 

The upgrading stage has different solution on the basis of mines property, mainly including Mixing and Flotation solution, Magnetic solution, Gravity solution and Combined solution.

4. Concentrate thickening and Drying Process 

After dewatering, the concentrates should be dried in the air or dried by drum dryer.
