Basic Process of EFB Pellet Making Line

the basic flowchart for the whole production line:

chipper section-dryer section-crushing section-pellet making section-cooler-packing machine

1.crushing process

wood chipper for crushing log, brick into slice; then hammer mill or mulfuctional crusher grinding slice into less than 6mm

2.drying process

3-cylinder dryer and rotary dryer can be widely used for drying raw material below 15% moisture content

3.ring die biomass pellet machine

Biomass pellet machine convert less than 6mm material into pellets.

oling process

out of biomass pellet machine, you can use cooler to let pellets temperature down; or put them alone to cool under the natural condition.

5.packing and bagger

After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.
