Raw material application and usage for  pellet machine

The vertical ring die pellet machine is suitable for the materials with low adhesive and low formation rate, which are difficult to pressing molding, such as rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell, a variety of wood waste like branch, trunk, bark, various of crop straw, eucalyptus, palm fiber(EFB),coffee shell, sawdust and so on. 

 

This machine is widely used for recycling usage of wastes and tailings in biomass fuel plant, power plant, wood processing plant, fertilizer plant, chemical factory, foodstuffs factory and brewery.

 

How many equipments will you need?

 

Different material area may need different machine,according to your material.

 

Wood chipper ---You may need a disc or drum wood chip to chipping wood log or wood board to wood chips 2-3cm.

 

Wood dryer---If wood chips moisture>15%,you need dry it until <15%.

 

Hammer mill----To crush the material size <8mm.

 

Sawdust pellet making machine---To make wood pellet.

 

Cooler---Cool and dried the pellet until get standard.

A.What hourly output capacity would your prefer?-----The capacity for vertical ring die pellet mill model

YFK560 is 1-1.5T/H, 580 is 1.5-2T/H

 

B.What is your raw material?-----According to different raw material(such as hard wood,soft

wood,straw,rice husk), capacity is different.

 

C.What is your raw material size?-----Best size for pressing high quality pellets is less than 4mm.

 

D.What is the moisture of your raw material?-----Better to be 15-20%.
