This product can be used for frozen dough, especially for non-fully fermentation and fully fermentation frozen processes. It can improve the yeast frozen resistance performance.

1. Ingredients: vital gluten, glyceryl monostearate, soybean meal, Sodium alginate, VC, xylanase, alpha-amylase, glucose oxidase,
2. Dosage: 1%-2% of the amount of flour;
3. Usage: Mix the improver, flour, yeast and other dry ingredients well first; then add water and stir well.
4. Packaging: 1000g×10/carton;
5. Shelf life: 18 months in dry and cool places (seal after use);
