  Physiological functions of nutritional yeast - strengthening the immune system

    Different content of nutritional yeast (1.7-5.0g/kg·bw) was fed to mouse. The effect of immunity was tested after 30 days, the results showed that, compared with control group, high content of nutritional yeast can significantly enhance the activity of NK cells and macrophages.
