SAFLAYER pvb film is made from the NEW pvb resin , 3GO plasticizer, and the other addictives through the plasticizing and the extruding. Nowadays, as the glass is gaining more and more attention to our daily life. 

With the properties of anti-penetration , heat and sound insulation, damp-proof, bulletproof, etc. So, the pvb film canbe applied to the laminated glass to enhance the resilience and flexibility.  Although the glass may break, the glass fragments remain firmly bonded to the interlayer, minimizing the risk of injuries and or provide resistance to the passage of persons or objects. Laminated glass is also better for sound transmittance and UV protection.

2) What cause to bubbles and degumming at edge of laminated glass with PVB Film?

When customers processing laminated glass with PVB FILM, bubbles appear at the edge of the laminated glass years later. Reasons of the bubbles problems is use recycled materials. When PVB film is made from scraps, glass do not have good adhensive and transparency, therefore, we refused to use it.
