Bulletproof glass is made of 0.76mm PVB or the 1.52mm PVB , sandwiched between two oe more pieces of glass.

Capability to add a variety of additional features, including anti heat protection , enhanced acoustics, dark tinted and embedded antennas.

We Jiahua SAFLAYER®PVB FILM is manufactured from the new pvb resin powder and the self manufactured 3GO Plasticizer. Its  quality of super adhesive power to organic and inorganic glass, good visible transmittance, making our SAFLAYER®PVB FILM  the ideal interlayer for laminated bulletproof glass. Owing the properties of anti-penetration, resilience, flexibility, heat and sound insulation. When the laminated glass is  broken, the fragments will not take off  and shttering, avoid to hurt and injury the human beings. Also, when bullet shoot the laminated glass, the  resilience of the pvb film will protect the the bullet from shooting through the glass. Hence protevt the properties and human safety.

The specifications of SAFLAYER®PVB FILM  are as bellows,

Thickness such as 0.30mm, 0.45mm, 0.60mm can also be customerized.
