PVB FILM is a macromolecule material. SAFLAYER®PVB FILM is made from the Haocheng ®pvb resin and the 3GO plasticizer as well as the other addictives through the plasticizing and the casting.  

Nowadays, the glass processing such as the bulletproof glass,  tempered glass, tinted glass, low-E glass are gaining much attention in the morden strcuture and architectural building. However, the above mentioned glass is costly , while the pvb film can be applied to the glass with reasonable price and good efficiently. With the features of anti penetration, heat and sound insulation, good transparency , auper adhesive power,flexibility and resilience.

It is the best ideal material for the laminated glass by now. By appling the pvb film to the glass, it can be bulletproof, and stablity. It is widely used in the facades, show case, cashier glass, anti explosion doors and so on.

Clear thickness 0.76mm with roll length of 200m width canbe 600~1600mm, blue or green colored.

Clear thickness 1.14mm with roll length of 150m, width can be 600~2500mm

Clear thickness 1.52mm with roll length  of 100m withdth can be 600~2500mm

Other thickness or the size can also be customerized.
