DTPMPA-2NA(similar to Dequest 2066A)is a kind of scale and corrosion inhibitor of organic methylenephosphonic acid and organic sodium phosphate salt. DTPMPA-2NA can be mixed with water by any proportion, stable chemical properties. It belongs to hazardous article Class 8.1. It has good complexation for bivalent metal ions. DTPMPA-2NA shows good scale & corrosion inhibition performance and shows the ideal synergistic effect when compound used with zinc ions. DTPMPA-2NA can inhibit the scale formation of calcium carbonate and barium sulfate.>

Character and Advantage

DTPMPA-2NA can chelate with Fe, Cu, and Zn ions to form stable chelating compounds. It can dissolve the oxidized materials on these metals’ surfaces. It is hard to be hydrolyzed, and hard to be decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions. KIMA-S203A can react with metal ions in water system to form chelating complex, it does not reflect metal properties. Therefore, KIMA-S203A can inhibit scale formation, calcium carbonate and barium sulfate in particular, and it has good antiscale and visible threshold effects. 

Applications 

1)      Oilfield reinjection water system: as scale and corrosion inhibitor.

2)      Papermaking: as chelating agent.

3)      Circulating cool water system: as scale and corrosion inhibitor.

4)      Woven & dyeing industries: as chelating agent & oxygen bleaching stabilizer.

1)      Normally in 200L drum or IBC (1000L) can be used as required.
