Description

PESA copolymer (similar to GE AEC) is polyeposysuecinic acid, calcium salt, no toxicity, soluble in water, high chemical stability and thermal stability, decomposed temperature above 240 ^oC. It is a "Green" environmental multivariate scale and corrosion inhibitor with non-phosphor and non- nitrogen. It has good scale inhibition and dispersion for calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, calcium fluoride and silica scale. When built with organophosphates, the synergism effects are obvious. PESA copolymer has good corrosion inhibition, is a multivariate scale inhibitor. PESA copolymer has good biodegradation properties with wide range of applications, repeated pollution to the environment can be avoided after using it. PESA copolymer has good synergism with chlorine and other water treatment agents.

Character

PESA is an environmental friendly dispersing scale inhibitor. It has good compatibility when used together with other water treatment agents. Good calcium compatibility.

Advantages

PESA copolymer excels in the complicated conditions of circulating cool water system, such as extremely low temperature and severe polluted water quality. The product will maintain excellent heat transfer by its superior antiscale dispersancy. PESA has good corrosion inhibition effect when used together with zinc salt.

Applications 

1) Industrial circulating water:as antiscalant and dispersant.

2) Oilfield reinjection water system: as scale and corrosion inhibitor, excellent control of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and strontium sulfate scales.

3) RO system: as scale inhibitor and dispersant.

4) Washing industry: it is environmental substitute which can replace of STTP; it also has the dispersive effect.

Package and Storage Recommendation

Package: Freezing or long term cold storage of PESA dispersing scale inhibitor may cause some separation of the components. Although product performance is not impaired as long as the whole container is heated and well mixed, it is recommended to keep PESA dispersing scale inhibitor from freezing.

Storage: Normally in 200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L) can be used as required. Storage for one year in room shady and dry place.
