Description

HPAA (similar to American Cyanamid) is a kind of phosphoryl carboxylic acid, a part of corrosion scale inhibitor, it can be mixed with water by any proportion, stable chemical properties. It belongs to hazardous article Class 8.1. HPAA  is chemically stable, hard to be hydrolyzed, hard to be destroyed by acid and alkali, safety in use, no toxicity, no pollution. HPAA  can improve zinc solubility, with strong corrosion inhibition effect.

Character and Advantage

HPAA  is hard to be decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions. It can react with metal ions in water system to form chelating complex, it does not reflect metal properties. Therefore, HPAA  can efficiently inhibit scale formation, calcium carbonate in particular, and it has good antiscale and visible threshold effects. In addition, HPAA  can be complexed with zinc ions and BTA; it has very good antiseptic effect on corrosive water quality.

Applications 

1)      Oilfield reinjection water system: as scale and corrosion inhibitor.

2)      Circulating cool water system: as scale and corrosion inhibitor.

Package and Storage Recommendation

1)      Normally in 200L drum or IBC (1000L) can be used as required.

2)      Storage for 24 months in room shady and dry place.
