Introduction

This wood pellet production line is exported to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since customer want to expand the capacity in future, thus he purchased two sets wood pellet machines ( HSKLN-E350 ). Customer's raw material is wood chips, hammer mill is suitable for crushing it into sawdust. Due to raw material humidity is a little high, we recommended our double stoves hot air dryer machine for customer using. This wood pellet production line includes hammer mill, double stoves hot air dryer, wood pellets machines ( with screw feeder ), cooler, conveyors, and electric cabinet. It is highly automated.

Applicable raw material condition

- Any agro-forestry waste can be used

- Raw material diameter should be less than 5mm

- Humidity should be less than 20%

- Need not use binder. Ligin is a good adhesive.
