Ring die wood pellet mill is specially for large production line.

I would like to introduce the line step by step.

1) Raw materials 

Common raw materials are various kinds of sawdust, woodchips, wood branchs.

A sieve is to seperate large materials from wood sawdust. Sawdust can be sent to pellet mills directly.

wood branches are cut into chips firstly and then the chips are crushed into sawdust.

2) Pellet mills

Usually we recommend 420 ring die pellet mill as it has stable performance.

After the pellets are produced, they are sent to cooler and sieve.

3) Cooler and sieve

Sieve is to seperate dust and not well formed pellets. So the good pellets are sent to cooler.

Cooler has an air fan which sucks cold air into the cooler room through the cyclone.
