Brief instruction of starch dryer/starch drying machine:

         Air flow starch dryer also called air stream dryer or flash dryer.  The air flow starch drying equipment consists of the feeding machine, fan, a drying tube, pulse device, cyclone separator, wind closing device, heat resource . 

The working principles of starch dryer/starch drying machine: 

        The raw material through the feeding machine and heated fresh air enters into the dryer at the same time. They are mixed fully. Because the area of heat exchange is large, the purpose of evaporation and drying can be realized in a short time. The dried finished product is discharged from cyclone separator. Small parts of powder dust can be recovered  through cyclone separator or bag filter.
