§Ingredients§

2 eggs, 30g chicken breast, 1/2 pack of shimeji mushrooms, 4 slices kamaboko fish cake, a small quantity of mitsuba, shiitake tea (2 spoonfuls of attached spoon), small quantity of soy sauce, 1.5 cups hot water

 

§Instructions§

1 Dissolve the shiitake tea in hot water, add soy sauce, and let cool.
2 Mix eggs together with (1)
3 Place thinly sliced chicken breast, fish cake, and shimeji mushrooms into a bowl.
4 Steam (2) over a medium flame for 15 minutes.
5 Once it is steamed, sprinkle with mitsuba.
