Belt conveyor is a conveying device with large conveying capacity, low operational cost and wide range of application. The common rubber conveying belt is suitable for working environment temperature between -10°c~40°c. If the working environment temperature is below -5°c, it is not suitable to adopt PVA core belt; If the working environment temperature is below -15°c, it is not suitable to adopt common cotton core belt; If the working environment temperature is below -20°c, it is suitable to adopt wire rope core belt. The common rubber conveying belt is suitable for conveying materials with temperature less than 80°c; If the temperature of the materials is between 80~150°c, it is suitable to adopt heat resistant belt; When conveying high temperature materials between 300~500°c, it is suitable to adopt high temperature resistant belt; When conveying acid, alkalic, corrosive materials or materials containing oil and organic solvent, it is suitable to adopt acidity resistant, alkalinity resistant, corrosivity resistant or oil resistant rubber belt or plastic belt; In working places with fire risk, it is suitable to adopt anti flaming belt.
Drive device: It is better to choose electric drums as drive device when the power range is between 2.2~5.5kw, which can save space. But the working environment temperature should not exceed 40°c. When the power is higher than 55kw, it is suitable adopt motor. The reducer and electric drum will drive belt conveyor separately.
The carrier roller is made of seamless steel pipe, and there are four types: groove shape roller, parallel roller, centering roller and cushioning roller.
Tension device: screw tension device, vertical hammer tension device, hammer car type tension device and fixed winch tension device.
Sweeper: Head sweeper and return sweeper.
Discharging device: manual plough pose discharging device and electric plough pose discharging device.
Electric protection device: deviation monitor, slipping monitor, split signal monitor, level control monitor, etc.
