Features of pellet bucket elevator :

 

 

1. This pellet bucket elevator is in domestic similar transverse dimensions of the largest throughput hoist.

 

2. This kind of pellet bucket elevator has less requirements for material’s kind and specialty. Not only can lift the general powder, small granule materials ,but also can promote the larger grinding cut materials. Material temperature should lower than 60 °C.

 

3. Using streaming feeding, inducement unloading and capacity of hopper intensive layout. When lifting material almost no back to material and dig material phenomenon, so less invalid power, save about 30% power than chain hoist.

 

4. This pellet bucket elevator design to ensure when feeding and unloading little material sprinkling down, reduce the mechanical wear. Use plate chain high strength wear-resisting conveying chain, greatly extend the service life of conveying chain and hopper.

 

5. Smooth operation, and use plate chain high strength wear-resisting transmission chain, so it can achieve high hoisting height.
