Waste water evaporator
Summary:
There are many kinds of waste water with different characteristics and different treating methods. According to the water characteristics, we use (1) multiple-effect evaporation technology; (2) multiple-effect evaporation + drying technology; (3) multiple-effect evaporation + crystallization technology to deal with the sewage or waste water. So that to make all the evaporated water to achieve the discharge standard and the final water content lower than 20% after evaporated. In order to ensure the final discharge standard and reduce the treating cost as well, we adopt multiple effect (triple effect normally) evaporation system.
Structure:
# Pre-heater: in most cases, the solution should be pre-heated before entering into evaporator.
# Evaporator: solution to be evaporated does the heat transfer with heat steam inside the evaporation chamber. We select the suitable evaporator according to the properties of solution.
# Separator: it is used to separate the steam and liquid. According to the properties of solution, there are different kinds of separators for selection, such as centrifugal separator, gravity separator or special structure separator.
# Vacuum system: it maintains the vacuum degree of whole system; it pumps some air, non-condensable gas and air brought-in by solution to ensure the stable evaporation state.
# Pump: it transfers the solution before and after the evaporation. According to the properties of solution, there are different kinds of pumps, such as centrifugal pump, positive displacement pump, screw pump, etc.
# Control system: it can do the operation of self-evaporation, cleaning and stop, etc. by controlling the valves, flow meter, temperature and pressure; so that to keep the system balance.
# Cleaning system: after solution evaporated for a while, there might be scaling phenomenon occurred. Generally, 99% scaling can be removed by using chemical solvents, we can use CIP cleaning in place or disassemble it to clean.
