Vacuum concentrator/evaporator
1. Application:
It is used to concentrate and evaporate liquid materials (such as alcohol) in the industries such as pharmacy, chemical industry, light industry, etc. and also can be used to distillation recycle the organic solvents such as alcohol, etc.
2. Structure features:
There are five types series (refer to main technical parameters table), all of them are made of stainless steel and feature compact structure, beautiful outline, clean and be durable. It contains six components such as concentration tank, the first condenser, gas-liquid separator, the second condenser, cooler and liquid receiver. The concentration tank is a jacket structure. The condenser is multitubular type. The cooler is tube-wire type.
3. Working principle:
Materials will flow automatically or be vacuum pumped into concentration tank. Steam will be injetted into jacket to heat up and the feeding height is subject to the center of tank viewing mirror. The quantity of reflux of rising steam is controlled by the first condenser according to different tanks. Finally industrial solvents (such as alcohol) will be got by the liquid receiver after flowing through the second condenser and cooler. This equipment can be operated under normal pressure or reduced pressure. It can used for batch production or continuous production. While continues production or feeding, flowmeter should be added on feed tube. During continues reduced pressure process, to discharge materials after to reinstate normal pressure.
