LPG High-speed centrifugal spraying dryer
1. Summary
Spray drying is the most wide applied process in liquid process shaping and drying industry.The drying technology is most suitable for producing solid powder or practical products from liquid material,such as emulsion, suspension and mash. Etc. For this reason,the particle size and distribution of the final products,residual water contents,mass density and the particle shape must meet the precise standard,spray drying is one of the most desired technologies.
2.The principle of work
Air enters into the hot-air distributor at the top of drying chamber through filter and heater and then the hot-air enters into drying chamber evenly with the form of a helix. Feed liquid passes through filter and then is pumped to the centrifugal sprayer at the top of drying chamber, so that to be sprayed into smallest mist droplets with great surface area of contact with the hot air, the water evaporated quickly and be dried into granular products within a very short period of time. To discharge the waste wet air which is at the tower bottom and cyclones by fan.
3.Product features
(1). After the spraying of the liquid material, the speed of drying is fast, the surface area of the material will be increase greatly. In the hot-air flow, 95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment. The time of completing the drying needs only several seconds.
(2). This is especially suitable for drying the heat sensitive materials. Its final products own the good uniformity, mobility, dissolving capacity. And the final products are high in their purity and good in quality.
(3). The production procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy. The liquid with the moisture contents 40-60%(for special materials, the contents may reach 90%) can be dried into the powder or particle products once a time. After the drying, there is no need for smashing and sorting, so that to reduce the operation procedures in the production and to enhance the product purity. The product particle diameters, looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the operation in a certain scope. It is convenient to carry out the control and management.
4. Application example
(1). Chemical industry
Sodium fluoride(potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formic silicic acid, catalyst, sulphuric acid agent, amino acid, white carbon and so on.
(2). Plastics and resin
AB, ABS emulsion, uric acid resin, phenloic aldehyde resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, formaldehyde resin, polythene, polychloroprene and etc.
(3). Food industry
Fatty milk powder, protein, cocoa milk powder, substitute milk powder, egg white(yolk), food and plant, oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant dissoluble tea, seasoning meat, protein, hydrolysate and so forth.
