The work process flow of refrigerating system is as following: refrigerant will become high temperature and pressure overheat gas after compressed by compressor. The gas will enter condenser to become high pressure liquid, then via expansion valve to throttle and reduce pressure. Thus the refrigerant will become low temperature and saturated gas water mixing status. Finally it will enter evaporator to evaporate and absorb heat, become low pressure overheat gas and then enter compressor to recycle again.

The inlet air will go through evaporator of refrigerating system and exchange heat with refrigerating of low temperature in tube. The temperature of air will be reduced. When the dry bulb temperature is under the dew point temperature, the humidity in air will become water on the surface of evaporator and fall into water receiver and then discharged by water pipeline.

1.2 Automatic Control Principle

The whole system adopts advanced PLC program to auto control the whole refrigerating system. The PLC auto control system will auto adjust the cooling loading according to the temperature of inlet and discharged air. By above PLC auto control system, it can reduce cooling loading as much as possible and make evaporating refrigerating system under low loading condition. It can save energy consumption effectively, prolong the service life of equipment. It has the advantages of easy operation, stable working and low failure etc.
