1 Working Principle
TZH-F series industrial dehumidifier adopts air cooling freezing and honeycomb desiccant rotors coupling. It is applied for special coating in whole weather and it keeps proper temperature and low relative humidity. In summer, to use freezing mainly to use desiccant rotor supplement; in spring and autumn, it uses both to do dehumidifying; in winter, it uses desiccant rotor to do dehumidifying.
1.1 Dehumidifying working principle
The equipment adopts coupling dehumidifying methods of evaporator and desiccant rotar. The humid air will first go through air filters for filtering then it will be via evaporator of cooling system. The wet air will fully touch with the surface of evaporator. Because the surface temperature of evaporator is lower than dew point temperature of humid air, the vapor will get cooled and condense to water drops. The water drop will be collected in stainness steel panel and discharged. Thus the temperature and humidity become lower.
The air will continue to go through desiccant rotar and do further dehumidifying to some air. The main structure of desiccant rotar has honeycomb desiccant agent. Because of affinityfor between desiccant rotar and water, it will remove water from air futher again.
1.2 Auto control principle
To the character of this equipment, we adopt advanced PLC program control system to auto control temperature and humidity optimized automatically. The system will choose desiccant rotar to do dehumidifying; In humid season, when the max power of desiccant rotar can’t reach the requirements of humidity, the control system will improve the power for refrigerating output to improve the effectiveness of cooling dehumidifying; Or, when the humidity meets the requriements, the electrical control system will first relief the load of refrigerating and adjust the heating power of desiccant rotar slightly to control humidifty.
By adopting above method, it will reduce the refrigerating load of system utmostly and proper proportioning ratio of dehumidifying power. The evaporator will work in low load situation for long time. It will save engery consumption effectively and prolong the service life. Also it has characters of easy operation, low fault etc.
2 Introduce of equipment
The equipment is comprised of refrigerating system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttle parts), dehumidifying system ( high efficiency desiccant rotar, regeneration electrical heater, after electrical heater), ventilation system ( high pressure centrifugal air blower, regeneration air blower, filtering net) and intelligent electrical control system.
It has maintenance ladder, steel structure main frame, main air ventilation ducting, regeneration ducting adopts sealant, insulating structure. Under evaporator, there is a stainness steel panel for collecting water and water drain pipe; For condenser fan, there is a protective net. Forklift channel and lifting eye.
Main composition of equipment as follows:
1) Filtering: it adopts non-woven fabric G2 filtering net which is of good filtering effeciveness, small wind resistance, easy dust clean.
2) Refrigerating machine: it adopts air cooling refrigerating machine, compressor from Gemany BITZER screw compressor, 4 step energy adjusting, protection of phase fault, phase sequence, oil level and so on.
3) Desiccant rotar: it is made of special compound heat resisting material with desiccant agent in it. It has characters of compact structure, high efficency dehumidifying etc.
4) After electrical heater adopts stainless steel fin electrical resistance, controlled by PLC and multilevel control.
5) Regeneration electrical heater adopts stainless steel electrical heater, controlled by PLC and multilevel control.
6) Electrical control system: it adopts advanced PLC + Touch screen + Sensor. The client only needs to input the air outlet humidifty, the equipment will run according to settled requirements automatically. At the same time, the touch screen can show working situation, faults and temperature & humidifty of air oulet.
The electrical elements adopts Siemens/Schneider brand, sensor adopts imported elements, reliable. The design is easy for operation and maintenance.
