In detection system if the detectors are more than 64 units, which will use the repeater to assist the communication between the detector and concentrator. There are two RS485 interface, and three indicator lights in wired repeater, as below picture: Interface 1, Interface 2, blue lights, green lights, red lights, and interface 1 connects with wired repeater, interface 2 connects with wired detector. As following:

After finishing connection and then power on it could be used. There are three indicator lights in repeater, when the blue lights on, which means the detector and concentrator connect successfully; Green lights on means the repeater and concentrator connect successfully; Red lights on means power on. Please notice that once there is one detector was connected to the concentrator via the repeater and then all the detectors had to be connected to the concentrator by the repeater. That's to say that in one system, the concentrator only could connect with the detector or the repeater.
