Carrot solid content: 65% (ODB) It contain natural vitamin-C extracted from pulp.

Process

Fully ripen ,firmed ,orange coloured carrot with high total soluble solid content are crushed & pulped into homogenized  carrot paste ,which is pasteurized  followed by low temperature spray drying with appropriated food grade  natural matrix.  

Suggested Application

For making pulp /paste & juice with proper reconsititution ,in baby foods, snack food ,chutney .

Reconstitution 

1 part powder easily reconstituted into carrot paste with 4 parts water

Storage/Shelf life

Keep in cool dry place./Six month from the date of manufacture.
