KOMEG thermal shock chambers meet the demands of today's environmental stress screening with proven performance in installations around the world. Our direct transfer method between hot and cold is an economical method to achieve rapid part temperature change for ESS or thermal shock.
Thermal shock test chamber is requisite testing equipment in metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other industries. It is used for testing the material structure or composite material’s tolerance degree when exposed instantly in extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature environment continuously, so that whose chemical or physical damage due to thermal expansion and contraction can be detected in shortest time.
1. Introduction of thermal shock chamber:
Thermal Shock Testing Chamber is used to test the bearing extent of the material structures and composite material in an instant and continuous high temperature and extremely low temperature environment , that is in the shortest time to test its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical change or physical harm. Application objects, including metal, plastic, rubber, electronics ... and other materials can be used as a basis to improve their products or reference.

1.3 KOMEG offers several configurations of thermal shock chambers capable of meeting a wide variety of testing needs.
Vertical, two zone chamber has hot and cold zones that can be controlled independently.
Horizontal, three zone thermal shock chamber utilizes controlled areas for hot, ambient and cold temperatures.
Double duty thermal shock chambers from KOMEG are designed with hot zones above and below the cold zone and a two compartment product carrier that simultaneously moves products between the hot and cold zones.
