No need to add other physical blowing agents such as CFC’s or Methylene Chloride, thus reducing ozone-depletion and helping to protect the environment.
Besides not needing to add Methylene Chloride, the amount of TDI and other catalysts used can be reduced, with an overall savings in chemicals used by over 10%.

		Ease of operation: the production process is simple and easy to maintain, with small space requirements.
		A reduction in pin holes produced. Can use increased pressure to increase a foam’s hardness.
		Very wide range of foam densities can be produced. It is very easy to make round blocks with height of 2.15 meters.
		Very low density foam (less than 10 kg/m3) can be produced, with greater tensile strength as well as reduced fire risk.
