Rigid Foaming Machine Chemical Tank

1. Polyol : 5000L jack tank made by stainless steel with slow moving agitator with stirrer.
2. MDI : 5000L jack tank made by stainless steel with slow moving agitator with stirrer.
3. DOP : 50L made by stainless steel.
4. Solvent : 50L made by stainless steel.

Options

1. Mixing Head: add variable speed drive to change the mixing speed.
2. Chiller and heater unit to control chemical temperature.
3. Use different blowing agent instead of 141 B.

Special Feature

1.		Rigid Foaming Machine works by the low pressure gear pump to pumping the components from their respective tanks through an accurate metering equipment to a mixer head where they are intermixed by high speed stirring.
2.		Rigid Foaming Machine is designed for production with maximum output up to 200kgs per minute and is capable of production blocks up to 800mm height at the maximum and the width of 1300mm.
