3. Working Principle:

 

1. Materials sand are sent to hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2. Materials sand enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side.
3. Hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together.
4. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating.
5. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of sand drying machine.

3. It adopts self-aligning riding wheel structure, the riding wheel and roller ring cooperate well, and it can greatly reduce the wearing and power consumption.

4. Special designed catch wheel structure, which reduce the horizontal thrust caused by the equipment tilt work.

5. High resistance of overload ability, roller body is stable working and higher reliability.

 

 

6. The choice of heating medium:

 

The heating medium that sand drying machine suguest is based on the materials' allowed pollution and unallowed pollution.

1. If the feeding materials can be dried under high temperature, or the dried materials can be allowed pollution, we can use the hot heating stove or stack gas as the heating medium.

2. If the materials are unallowed pollution, we can use the gas generator as the heating medium. And this generator is energy saving, environment protecting and high heating efficiency.

3. If the feeding materials are not allowed polluted nor diluted by air, the heating sources should be transferred through the roller wall. In this situation, we should build a room for the roller, and use stack gas heating method. Also we can install tubes in the center of the roller.
