Brief Introduction:

 

Our this wood chips kiln dryer is indirec type rotary dryer for drying sawdust and wood chips or other small sized materials like coal, sand, etc from 60% moisture to less than 10%. It has the features of high efficiency and easy operation.

 

The features of wood chips kiln dryer:

 

1. Multi heating pipe designing inside the roller, and the hot air will go into these pipes

2. Wood powder or sawdust is very easy to ignite. While, hot air is in the pipes which will not connect the wood  powder or sawdust directly, so this way can avoid them ignite.

The working principle:

 

1. Materials are sent to hopper of wood chips kiln dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2. Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side.
3. Hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together.
4. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating.
5. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of biomass drum dryer.

 

 

Application:

 

The wood chips kiln dryer has many usages, for example:
1) Mineral: ore, slag, mineral power, mineral mud, limestone, quartz, fluorite powder, iron ore, metal ore concentrates, metal tailings, iron filings, steel scrap, copper filings, ore slurry, etc.

9) Agriculture: straw, grass, turf, paddy, rice husk, etc.

1. What are the raw materials can this dryer drying?

 

     Our this dryer can dry sawdust, wood chips, coal, sand, fertilizer, Kaolin, clay, mineral powder, sugar, grain, etc.

 

2. What is the feeding moisture of raw materials can be? And what is the water content finally?

 

     The feeding materials are better in the moisture of less than 70%, and it can dry the materials to less than 10%, and one time drying.

 

3. How is the heat? How can I get it?

 

     You can use wood or coal as fuel drying in the heating stove to get the heat. Some customer asked me ever if can use electric to get heating, we can design this dryer, but if use the using electric, the cost will be very high, and need to build a electric station.

 

4. How we build the heating stove?

 

    We will  provide you the drawing of the stove for you, or if you need, we will dispatch our engineers to your factory helping for intalling the dryer and building the stove.
