The Introduction of Steel Plate Pre-treatment Line

The steel plate is conveyed to the rain and dirt blowing and scratching device to remove the dirt and water on the surface ,after that ,send into the pre-heating system to remove the water and
oil on the surface ,Then conveyed to the sealed shot blasting room by the rollers. The steel balls (casting steel ball or cut steel wire) are shot against the surface of steel plate after acceleration of high-speed vane wheels in the shooters in order to get rid of the rust, taint and oxide skin off the surface of the work piece by percussion and scratching. The steel ball and dust accumulated on the surface of the steel plate is cleaned away by high-strength nylon brush, steel ball recollecting spiral and high-pressure air pipe. The shot-blasted steel plate is further conveyed to the painting
room, the primary paint is applied to the surface of the work piece by the painting guns mounted on the upper and lower painting trolley, then the work piece is fed into the drying room. Then
quickly send out the work piece when its paint film reaches finger-felt dry level.

Technological Process of Steel Plate Pre-treatment Line

The adhesive force of the paint film is improved due to certain roughness produced after shot blasting; thus improve the anti-rust-ability and surface quality of the steel plate.

This is a newly-developed electro-mechanical integrated product evolved from similar production lines. The whole production line is controlled by industrial PLC imported from Japan. Touch screen
is employed for simulated indication, fault diagnosis and automatic alarming. There are 6 sets of monitoring displays in control system .

The whole-process automation is realized for the following steps:
work piece loading →in-put →pre-heating → shot blasting→ painting→ drying →output
(switch between automatic mode and manual mode is possible), which makes it convenient to manipulate the whole production line. It is quite an idealistic automatic production line for pre-treatment such as rust-cleaning, slag-removing & stress-relieving, panting etc.
Its overallperformance reaches the international advanced level among similar products.
