Buffer bed is used on the feed point in replacement of buffer rollers to reduce the impact force from material on rubber belt and possibility of damage ; protect rubber belt from being torn apart or scratched by sharp objects ; prevent material from spilling.

Name: Sweeper

It is a utensil used specially for cleaning the stickum on conveyor belt. The material carried by belt conveyor often contains stickum, such as coal slime, coal ash, some of which are easy to stick to the surface of belt conveyor and not easy to be removed when unloading. On such occasions, the stickum may enter the shell of the idler and cause damage to it.It also may cause deviation and abrasion of belt conveyor, thus leading to serious consequences. Therefore, the life span of idler and belt conveyor can be prolonged if swept throughly.
