Heavy Duty Alkaline Cleaner for Kitchenware

 

 

Properties: A chemically hard product (high alkaline) used for removing burned and well sticked oil residue, dirts or stains. Only used on stainless, enamelled parts of pans or porcelains. Applied by soaking method. Removes the dirt perfectly and swiftly. Rinsed easily. Corrosive formula. 

 

Directions for Use: All kitchenware to be cleaned is soaked in a stainless container with preferably hot water. HD 20 is added by 2 – 5 lt for 100 lt of water. The temperature of water is adjusted up to 60 - 70 C. The process is continued for 1 – 3 hours. The solution is drained, followed by rinsing. 

 

pH Value: 14.0; 12.0 – 12.3 in1% of solution.
