UNIPOL 10 POLYMER BASED POLISH FOR FLOOR

 

 Properties:  Used to polish floor coating materials, such as marble, linoleum or stone. Forms a resistant and high gloss film on the surface. Applied easily and dries quickly. Begins giving a very good gloss effect from the second time application. Does not cause any change in the original color of the ground material.

Directions for use: Floor preparation: The floor to be polished has to be cleaned from dirt or polish residue remaining from previous applications. Polish removing products (UNIPOL 30 in UNICHEM Portfolio) also have strong cleaning property, so must be preferred for this preparation process. This process can also be carried out by a rotary machine with a preferably black pad on. Rinsing must be done throughout and properly so that no detergent or dirt residue remains on the floor, thus maximum polishing performance can be obtained. Application is carried out by means of an appropriate floor care mop manually, or a rotary polishing machine with a polishing textile pad on. Amount of use: UNIPOL 10 is not diluted. But if the floor material is not smooth or worn, UNIPOL 10 can be used by diluting by 50% for saturating the capillary in the floor material and ease the following applications. UNIPOL 10 is first poured a bit onto the textile material to saturate its capillary with the polishing agent to minimize its absorbtion during application. Then, UNIPOL 10 is poured onto floor in a straight line for a few metres at one time. It is recommended that not more than a 10 m2 of area should be polished at each time. The mop or machine is then moved slowly on the floor with circular movements until the polish looks smooth on the floor. Application is repeated two times at minimum depending on the hardness and smoothness degree of the floor material (low hardness means more times application), until reaching to high gloss effect.  

 

 

Safety Tips: Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves during application. Keep the container tightly closed. Do not mix with any other chemicals. Store in a cool and dry place.
