ROLLERS ARE MAJOR PART BUT IT HAS NEED OF FRAME OR BRACKET AS ITS PLACE IN CONVEYOR

FRAME :

 

ROLLER HAS NEED OF SUPPORT TO BE ONE PLACE FOR ITS WORKS SO, FRAME IS THE MAJOR PART OVER BELT CONVEYOR AND THIS FRAME CONSIST THE ROLLERS,

 

Frame are various Type :

 

Carrying Roller Frame : When it is above side the Belt Conveyor so, It is known as Idler Frame, and Idler Frame Sizes are depends on Belt Size as well roller measuments. Every Frame may have been parted in 3 parts, 1 main Bar. 2. Brackets for Roller Holdings 3. Supports to roller maintain.

 

Whenever there is need of Idlers means frame and roller, It may be with 2  or 3 rollers.

 

Self Aligning Frame : Many time there was long distance Conveyor So, at some distance need of aligning the Belt in the Center of Conveyor. There we can use Self Aligning Idlers.

 

In the Return Idlers : It is supportive to Return Roller so, it has just bracket to mounted below the Conveyor to adjusted or tighten the Rubber Belt.

 

Mainly Frame is the structure to built the Roller over it and give the support to Rollers and Rubber Belt.
