Product introduction

 

Complete clay sand production line mainly old sand recycling, sand crushing screening, sand cooling, clay and coal powder conveying, sand transport, sand mixing, dust removal system, electric control system such as ministry.

 

Clay sand production line product features

Old sand recycling: sand after shakeout machine shakeout, by conveying equipment (vibration conveyor trough belt conveyor. Hoist, etc.) to the lower screening equipment. There are two levels of magnetic separation equipment in the process of conveying remove the clip in the sand, iron objects beans, etc.

 

Sand crushing screening: sand through sieving equipment (precision hexagon screen, linear vibrating screen) alone or combination, the sand in the big crushing screening sand block.

 

Sand cooling: contains micro powder into the cooling of hot sand cooling equipment (boiling or double disc cooling bed cooler), through the air, water two ways to cool it, and through the convulsions pumping powder. Cooling equipment developed by my company, after improvement, thoroughly solved the problem of the sand temperature is high

 

Clay and coal powder conveying: clay, coal powder sent by pneumatic or electric hoist to sand mixing machine accessories bucket, after weighing ingredients, in proportion to join sand mixer.

 

Sand transportation: through bucket machine and belt, the old sand to sand on sand library.

 

Sand mixing: old and new sand by belt feeder or join electronic balance, auxiliary materials by a screw feeder or electronic scale, quantitative add moisture by pipeline pump, sand mixer for mixing. Our company developed the new sand mixer, can't afford to mix the sand sand beans, avoiding the casting surface roughness.

 

Dust removal system: by cyclone and bag two levels of dust removal, ensure effective dust emissions.

 

Electrical control system: PLC control, the organic combination of every unit, and can single action, linkage.
